RISE & SALT

We love offering this free GGW event to our Cork Community. Join us every month for a morning of sea dipping, connection & coffee. If you are a newbie please do not be deterred coming solo. You may arrive on your own but will leave feeling connected after meeting some lovely new friends. We will gather at our meeting point then get to know each other in our GGW opening circle. After our meet & greet we will all dip in the sea(alternatively you can just chill on the beach, whatever your mind and body needs on the morning :) To warm up after the dip there will be tea & coffee to enjoy or a delicious cup of Nibbed Cacao.

What’s included?

What to bring?

• A cup

• Something comfortable to sit on- Camping chair, yoga mat

• Your swimsuit and towel

• Cosy warm clothing- scarf, beanie

• Hot water bottle

• Blanket

• Sweet and savoury treats are welcome- homemade or store bought to share with the group :)

• Bring your boots if you fancy a stroll in the woods afterwards.

• No reminder email is sent about the event so make sure to add one to your calendar.

• A lot of time and money goes into planning these free events for our community and spots are limited. Please be respectful of that and only book if you plan on attending. If you do register then please attend the event. If for whatever reason you decide you can no longer attend then please email hello@galzgonewild.com to cancel your registration at least 48 hours in advance so that someone else may take your spot.
